Just Us’s ever-popular Dublin book club gathers together women of all backgrounds, nationalities and professions who are connected by their love of literature.
Every month we dive into either an established literary classic or look at a contemporary novel.
From Marian Keyes to F. Scott Fitzgerald our Dublin book club delves into just about everything.
You don’t need a degree in English literature to enjoy the company, warm atmosphere and conversations sparked by our book discussions. Our book club is more about the company than the reading. Just Us makes sure that everyone’s opinion is valid and we’re eager to hear your unique take on our book of the month.
How often does the Just Us Book Club meet?
We meet once a month to discuss our book of the month. To get notifications on the next book club Dublin meeting, sign up for our book club newsletter.
Do you offer an online book club in Ireland?
Yes, we are building one of Ireland’s most engaged and vibrant online book clubs. Our Irish online book club discusses the book of the month through video chat software.
What do you discuss during a book club meeting?
Our structured book club meetings will normally discuss aspects like the plot of the novel, the novel’s theme, the imagery conjured by the writer and the novel’s language and prose. There are no wrong answers in our book clubs and we firmly believe that everyone’s opinion is valid. Even if you couldn't finish the book we're still eager to hear from you.
