Being open and honest with an intimate partner is key to upkeeping great sexual health. It is your choice what you want to do with your body, so make sure to communicate with a partner what you like and don’t like. However, it is important to respect your partner’s preferences and to listen to them.

This doesn’t necessarily mean that you have been sexually active before, rather it focuses on ensuring you know you can have sexual pleasure when you want to. Allow yourself to explore what you desire and don’t be afraid to create boundaries.
